The villa has 390 m² of living space with a 15-meter-long ultra-private pool. The whole building is without vis-à-vis, so it offers full privacy, making it the perfect place for a family or group of friends who want to reside in a discrete place yet be close to everything for a memorable stay in Phuket.

At your arrival, you will find complementary amenities such as Toothbrushes, Pool Towels, Slippers, Shower gel, Shampoo, snacks, water, hair dryer so you don’t need to carry these in your luggage 😉

Villa Cleaning:
The Villa is cleaned once a week so you can spend more time relaxing 🙂 If you need an extra cleaning service than what is offered, it will come with additional charges. Please let me know your extra needs. by dropping me a message, and I will provide the price accordingly.

Pool Cleaning
The pool service comes three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) at around 12 o’clock, and the pool maintenance will take about 15 minutes each time.

Baby Bed and Baby Chair
Although infants and young children are welcome, you will not find baby equipment on the premises. I can arrange one baby chair and one baby cot upon request.

THE RATES EXCLUDE:

• Electricity fee:
  The electricity fee is 7.50฿/unit(kWh). A photo from the meter will be taken upon your arrival ‎and at check out. You can always monitor your consumption by accessing the electricity meter box. The fee must be settled prior to your checkout.

Please note that a security deposit of 10,000 THB is required in cash upon check-in. We kindly request payment in your local currency. This deposit will be fully refunded at the time of checkout, provided there are no damages to the villa.
