Spacious 4-bedroom private pool villa with jacuzzi, located in a peaceful and secluded residential area, designed for comfort, privacy, and effortless living.

Managed by Selected Residences, Villa Mimosa 4 features the same well-loved layout as its three sister villas, while featuring a series of thoughtfully refined details for an even more elevated stay.

Fully equipped with 70+ amenities, each room includes a private bathroom, Samsung Smart TV and dedicated working space.

The space

Villa Mimosa 4 also benefits from a series of carefully selected enhancements, these include:

• Designer sofas in all bedrooms, selected for superior comfort and aesthetics

The large, open-plan kitchen is well-organized, functional, and has everything you need to prepare fancy dinners or quick snacks. It features an XL fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, and top of the line Nespresso coffee machine.

All four spacious bedrooms feature Super king-sized beds, direct pool access, and private ensuite bathrooms.

For ultimate privacy, each suite is soundproof, has its own 50″ smart TV, a powerful hair dryer, and can be locked with a key. We can also arrange two single beds per room upon request.

Your private 43.5m² outdoor pool is fully exposed to the sun, and features a relaxing jacuzzi system. The pool has a gradual depth from 1.25m to 1.35m. For convenience, you’ll find an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.

Your own laundry area provides plenty of storage, a washing machine/dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and a multi-level clothes-drying rack.

Guest access

The entire villa will be yours to enjoy. The property is located in a secure residential area closed by a gate, and you will be provided with two remote controls. I will personally meet you at check-in to hand over the keys.

Other things to note

RATES INCLUDE:

*AMENITIES*:
At your arrival, you will find complementary amenities such as Toothbrushes, Pool Towels,, Shower gel, Shampoo, snacks, water, hair dryer, Yoga mat, etc..So you don’t need to carry these in your luggage 😉

*VILLA CLEANING*:
The Villa is fully cleaned every four days, so you can spend more time relaxing 🙂 If you need an extra cleaning service than what is offered, it will simply come with additional charges, Please let me know your extra needs. by dropping me a message, and I will provide the price accordingly.

*POOL CLEANING*
The pool service comes 3 times per week ( Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), at around 12 o’clock, and the pool maintenance will take about 15 minutes each time.

*BABY COT & CHAIR*
Although infants and young children are welcome, you will not find baby equipment on the premises. We will arrange the baby chair and baby cot upon request.

*BED SET UP*
All rooms can be re-arranged with two single beds instead of one King Bed. Simply inform us at least 72 hours prior your check-in date.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
The check-in time is 3 pm. However, if you have any requests for your arrival time, please communicate with me in advance, and we will do my best to accommodate you 🙂

*ELECTRICITY*
is included. We kindly ask you to be responsible and respectful of the environment by turning off the AC when you leave the Apartment.

A security deposit of 10,000 THB (US$300) will be collected via credit card prior to check-in.

This deposit will be returned to you within 7 days following check-out, provided no significant damages occurred
