My stay here was exceptional, The villa was exactly as described and was perfect for my friends and I. The host, Caroline was extremely helpful and very responsive to every enquiry I had and I appreciate her and the staff at selected residences for making it a very memorable trip. Would definitely recommend for all!

We had a wonderful stay at Selected Residences. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained, and the location was very convenient. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Caroline was extremely helpful and responsive throught our whole journey from first booking to after check out she was very responsive and helped us make decisions outside the villa and her responsibility which shows that she really cares about the guests. The villa was really great everything was spotless, and all amenities listed as well as additional appliances and equipment were available. Would HIGHLYY recommend and would definitely visit again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a complete kitchen with an oven, stove, cookware, utensils, and all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The bathroom was spotless, and the bathtub was a real highlight—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The entire place felt comfortable, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The villa was even more beautiful than in the photos, with outstanding facilities and a team that went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Every detail was carefully thought through, and the level of service was truly exceptional. Selected Residences allowed us to enjoy an unforgettable holiday without having to worry about anything from start to finish. This villa is absolutely perfect! Caroline was just amazing, 🤩 nothing was too much trouble and was always fast in responding. On arrival we had a few gifts in the kitchen and water in the fridge (well needed) she literally went above and beyond for our stay and has made us fall in love with Thailand and villa life. Villa is located with nice surroundings felt very safe and comfortable. The beds are huge and it’s exactly how the pictures show it. Taxi to Rawai/ kata only 5/10 minutes away food lovely. The pool was super refreshing and the jacuzzi made it for me sat on the edge with my book in the sunshine ☀️ cleaners and pool maintained well throughout our two week stay.

A fantastic base for exploring Phuket. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, and the host was exceptionally responsive, helping us with everything we needed. 100% recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Chalong with Selected Residences, the place was clean, convenient and well equipped with whatever we needed. It is also near to the supermarkets and cafes. Caroline was a great host, she helped us to arrange transport to the place and was responsive to any queries we had. She also gave local recommendations for food and entertainment. Would highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect. Villa Mimosa 4 is stunning and was absolutely spotless. The comfort is next-level! Nothing was missing. As someone with a lot of gear (GoPro, watch, phone, camera), those extra-fast bedside charging ports were on point. Price was very reasonable for what’s offered. Huge congratulations to the owner and the host for building such a beautiful place and provide such great service. Honestly, our only regret is that we had to leave!

The location is absolutely wonderful if you don’t need direct beach access. Cafés and shops are all nearby, and it’s easy to get anywhere you need. The apartment is very clean and in great condition. Even during our very short stay, cleaning was included, which was very nice. The host was very responsive and helpful.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, then this wonderful and spacious villa is for you .. my stay was great. Caroline was very friendly and sociable, allowed us to check in earlier than the due time. The villa had everything we needed .. also pleased that the large pool is always kept clean.. in general, everything was gorgeous.. if I return to Thailand, I will choose this place to stay .. so far this is the best place for me, which is located in a good area of the island.

The landlord is very nice and recommended great food to us. My family is very satisfied and free coffee provided. Room are clean and AC work very good. Hot water is very sufficient for family of 5. Definitely recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mimosa! The location of the villa is in Chalong about 10 mins from the main area of Rawai but easy to order a bike to. There are some steep hills to the villa so not very walkable but you get a great view of the big Buddha from the top! Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious and they have cleaners that come every few days. The pool is clean, lovely to swim in, and includes jacuzzi jets. The host is extremely responsive and had some great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Overall, we loved our stay and would 100% stay again if we ever came back to Phuket 🙂

We cannot recommend Patrice & Caroline’s property enough as the apartment was modern and clean. Caroline was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and was always available to assist us with any questions or recommendations. The location was also very convenient for us with beautiful beaches in the Kata area, a mall with supermarket and the seafood market in Rawai all just nearby. We would highly recommend this place to anybody and would not hesitate to stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we are in Phuket!

Honestly, this is my first time to Phuket and Patrice has been nothing short of accommodating to our needs at every step of the way — from flight arrival to check out — it has been amazing. I would give it another go in the future!

We arrived late and our host graciously met us & showed us around. Our host also provided some amenities which we really appreciated. Really clean villa, responsive host, quiet location, all we needed was made available. We felt right at home. Thank you so much definitely recommend this villa !!

All good except a major air conditioning is not working properly in the living room where we have spent lot of the time kindly look forward to it rest all is well…

We had an mazing stay. We were 6 of us with two kids and the place was spacious and comfortable. Caroline was responsive and helpful – from check in to check out. She agree d to an early check in and gave us an informative walk thru. She even did not charge us for the two glasses my kids broke . So a big thank you and yes definitely my top choose if I visit Phuket again.

We stayed in this villa for our family trip to Phuket! All I can say is wow, everything about this villa is amazing, the amenities, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the decor! I would 100% recommend this villa if you are staying in Phuket! The host and Caroline were so hospitable and were there for any questions with quick communication and recommendations about the area. Overall we had the best stay.
